The WissKomm Wiki project aims to create a digital library for videos and podcasts—an index that scientifically processes context for audiovisual media and makes it publicly availabe. This should enable users to better classify media and find the content they are really looking for.

We have been working on this since 2021, and in 2023 we founded as a non-profit organization called “BorgNetzWerk Gesellschaft zur Vernetzung Freien Wissens e.V.” (Association for the Networking of Free Knowledge), and in April 2026, our officially funded project “WissKomm Wiki” will finally launch. After years of technical and conceptual development, we are now finally overcoming the last legal hurdles and will then go live with WissKomm Wiki.
