I was involved in running a Bulletin Board Service in the 1190s in Sweden. Since then I have been part of online communities. 2008 in London I got the first library on Twitter and handed the account over to the librarians after holding workshops with them. Since then I am a consultant on the subject. After "social media" was taken over by marketing agencies, I moved to talking about internal collaboration tools and habits. Since 2017 I am back in Germany, the last 3 years I spent in a manufacturing organisation in wind energy, where we have now put Collaboration into the capabilities model. Next year we will start building something and call it Design&Collaboration Hub, if I get my wishes.
