Communication infrastructures fail precisely when they are most urgently needed: during power outages, infrastructure collapse, in remote areas, or when centralized networks become overloaded. We develop and operate systems that function exactly then – from LoRa mesh networks through Reticulum protocols to experimental topologies that dissolve dependencies on commercial providers and state infrastructure. The assembly explores resilient communication technologies practically: participants build hardware, experiment with protocols, test ranges, and develop understanding of decentralized architectures through direct work with nodes, antennas, and firmware. From early community WiFi networks to current LoRa implementations, we pursue the vision of autonomous communication that does not depend on central authorization or functioning infrastructure. Bring your nodes, share your experiences, experiment with us on networks that belong to no one yet serve everyone.
