We want to create a community that brings people together to gather and analyse ecological data (that is freely available) in order to gather new insights that - hopefully - help averting the threat of a sixth mass extinction. In this meeting, we will discuss the first steps for this: We will discuss the basic tools we need for this and the first goals for this group. Also, it would be good to find a name for this group.
