In this time period, CAcert support staff will definitely be around. Support Engineers are those community members who have the privileges to handle administrative tasks inside the CAcert system. So if you need a new password, want to request a name change, have your account removed (and make us sad) or want to kidnap someone with access to CAcert systems just to find out we won't talk anyway, be our guest ;)!

If you are an assurer, your help is most wanted in this session as well because support needs experienced assurers to handle some cases.

If you are not available in this time slot and still need a support member to help you, just come around and hope for the best or contact User:Natureshadow!
