Light and sparkling, water kefir soda!

Granos tibicos or water kefir grains are well known culture in Central America, which is used because of it's positive effect on digestion among the others. We will make a batch of water kefir soda and we harvest and taste the final product which would be prepared in advance. At the end of the workshop you will learn how simple is to produce really nice and refreshing beverage which is suitable even for vegans! In the same time Alex will teach us how to make a traditional Russian kvass based on the yeast fermentation. So we hope to see you all, do not forget to bring something to write in!
