Chris has had no Ham license for decades, mostly because there always was something else eating up his time. But next congress, definitely. Chris does not expect the fall of civilisation and would not consider himself a prepper, but being able to communicate if centralised infrastructure is not available for a while seems like a good idea and the real treasure are the friends we make on the way.
