Mirca is a diversity trainer, curator, and conceptual artist working at the intersection of culture, community, and social change. Their professional experience includes the Munich Film Festival, Virtual Worlds (an international competition for narrative VR), and the Most Wanted:Music conference. In 2017, Mirca co-initiated We Make Waves, the first international FLINTA+ showcase and conference, and has since been part of the international Keychange program promoting diversity in music. In 2020, together with Johanna Bauhus and Carmen Westermeier, they founded Safe The Dance, an agency for awareness, diversity, and inclusion. Safe The Dance works with groups of all sizes, from small collectives to large-scale events with up to 60,000 attendees. Their work extends beyond the music industry to museums, theaters, universities, sporting events, and more. The expertise gained over the years was compiled in 2023 into an awareness handbook designed to help anyone create sustainable safer spaces. Currently, their focus is on The Spectrum, a queer-feminist, interdisciplinary hackspace newly founded in Munich in 2025.
