Hi,
im trying to get several led things running with my esp32 dev boards and I do not want to cut the jst connectors already connected to my led thingies.
i am willing to exchange other parts or pay to get JST connectors :)
The SnowCookie combines three sensors to capture the complete picture of speed, technique and body position when skiing.
Sadly the company when dark (bankrupt) and I am now stuck with advanced hardware (abandonware) but no use for it any longer.
I paid market price for the entire set and am willing to hand it over with a 80% loss to a talented hacker - I'd just become E-Waste in my house at some point.
pls reach out and save some hardware!
Check out what it can do: https://wearabletech.io/snowcookie/
I bought this basically awesome thing on eBay recently. I don't have the original box with me unfortunately, but I'm happy to mail it to you later.
It’s a nice mechanical keyboard, still made in Germany and with a trackball right on the right side. It also has the option to toggle a numpad onto the regular keys using the fn key.
The catch: It has some kind of European QWERTY layout (couldn’t figure out which one with 2 minutes of research) and, more importantly, it has smaller key spacing than usual—hence the "XS" in the name. That makes it take some getting used to when typing, but as long as you can handle that, it clicks very nicely.
The trackball works too, as long as you don't flick it insanely fast, which is just how those things are.
Open to price offerings, can be tested. If you pay me 40 EUR I didn't loose money on it.
I would like to play around with an Arduino to pass the time. That's why I'm looking for an Arduino and accessories such as an LED matrix, LED Strip, sensors, or other fun stuff. As well as cables or other necessary components. I'll pay in cash, PayPal, or drinks.
I have a couple of the last generations of Linux phones I'm willing to sell as they are just gathering dust (too busy to hack and sadly not quite daily drivable for me).
Librem 5 (EU networks), good conditions, hardly used
Pinephone, latest revision, with keyboard case, BROKEN (powers on but doesn't boot into is, can't flash to memory, possibly faulty network chip).
DM for details, price negotiable
4x USB 2.0 PCIe slot bracket (on backside of PC case)
internal USB 2.0 hub
DE-9-to-IDC10 serial PCIe slot bracket
The system was assembled by me in a low-dust environment while using consumer-grade ESD equipment (anti-static wrist strap, anti-static mat). After the initial assembly, the mainbaord and CPU were not removed again.
The system was only used for 1-2 months, most of the time it was stored in the box of the Fractal Design case. The household that the system was used in and stored in is a clean, pet-free and non-smoking household.
Today, the all the components in the system combined together would cost about 5270 EUR.
Price: 4200 EUR via SEPA wire transfer (I don't have paypal and don't want 4200 EUR in cash :S )
The system is currently in my apartment (I live in Hamburg) about 40min from the Congress via public transport. Of course you can test the system, and we can set up a buying contract if you like. Feel free to ask me anything regarding this offer :)

1x AT-2500TX V3 10/100 Mbpss RJ-45 LAN PCI card (free)
(use case: Small solar cell on backpack. Own electronics should not "eat" up the low power, and should be reliable on power surces that do not give much power and may also be intermittent.)
I want to build a CT-VPD. A keyboard that attaches to a smartphone and has a USB-C port on itself to charge the phone while connected. I look for expertise and a chip that can solve this problem.
I still have some 30T and 40T INR21700 cells from Samsung left over from e-bike battery construction projects.
Roughly estimated (I would have to count them again at home), there are about 120-150 of each type.
They are from nkon.nl and have been lying around for 2 years at a relaxed storage voltage of 3.5V. I believe they were manufactured in 2020.
Under these circumstances, there is absolutely no reason to assume any significant chemical degradation, at most (if at all) 5%.
Since I have now built three batteries and have enough for the next few years, I am happy to give the cells away. Of course, I don't have them with me, but I can send them by mail within the EU at the beginning of January, properly and securely packaged. I would be happy if they find buyers, even in smaller quantities of at least 10 pieces, but preferably in larger quantities, of course.
Some of them have already been installed, but never charged (I am happy to send pictures of the half-finished packs), so I would remove the cells again and gently sand the poles smooth with a Dremel – this has worked very well in the past, but please don't be surprised by the cell tabs showing some small grinding spots.
Suggested price: €2 per 30T cell and €3 per 40T cell.
A US style kettle plug ("Non-rewireable 13A Fused Plug" https://www.gso.org.sa/nb/p/2284, original packaging) originally for a label printer but should be a default equipment, seeks some other hardware to be plugged into ;) (just to give away to avoid electronic trash, I just need the EU plug)
The keyboard of my thinkpad x1 has some keys that are only partly working (sometimes they do, sometimes they don't). I am searching for a person who has the konwledge to help me repair it:)
I'm looking for a replacement battery for my laptop, as it has recently started spitting out Secure Boot errors and resetting the hardware clock (without the battery running out). I probably need a CR2032 battery with connector. At least, that's what appears to be installed at first glance. Thank you :)

Hey, I am Tobi and I am looking for some DDR5 RAM for a reasonable Price in order to finish building my first own PC. I have already gathered almost all the parts, but now the RAM prices went up so much and I didn't manage to buy it before. :(
I would be very happy if you could help me out.

Soldering tooling for reading/dumping memory chips (TSSOP EEPROM, TSOP-I-48pin NOR)
I have a PCB from a special hardware unit I'd like to dump the firmware from. This contains an I2C EEPROM in TSSOP/MSOP package, and a parallel NOR flash in TSOP-1 (48-pin) package. I have a Glasgow to dump the I2C EEPROM contents, but I would still need:
A TSSOP breakout board -or- tweezers and enamel or thin insulated wire to deadbug it
A TSOP-I socket or breakout board and Xgecu T48/T56/T76
Right-angle pin headers to attach to the UART ports of the PCB

I am searching for a creature owning a Lenovo ThinkPad x220, which is so kind to provide me with the firmware binary blobs. Either the ROM was already read out or I will read it out.
Tools are present, the ThinkPad will not be harmed.
I would like to use a Steam Deck as a robotics and drone controller, most of that use would be outside, so OLED is kind of required and I have no problems with cosmetics damage as it will probably be damaged anyhow. I don't have high hopes, but maybe I can safe some hardware before buying a new one. ^^

would love to trade it for some fun hardware. i like pcbs, everything usb c, vintage apple stuff and old landline phone stuff. Willing to sell it for EUR 30 if nothing else.
We've got two cacti here (at /dev/lol assembly) that shine way too brightly and we want to dim them. We've got microcontrollers but no suitable MOSFETS or other electronic parts. We would be happy to get some suitable MOSFETs and all other required electronic parts to drive them with a 3.3V microcontroller output as PWM.

Hi!
Does anyone have any broken cables they don't need that would otherwise end up in the trash? About 1 meter or longer :)
I'm happy to exchange it for a mate or something similar.
I'll be there on day 4 from around 9 a.m.

Looking for roadbike tube (23-622, 40+ mm valve stem)
A friend of mine (not at Congress) would like to recover some very old tapes with scientific data. He is looking for a 7-track reel drive. Apparently 9-track are very common, but 7-track are not. The drive does not need to be in working condition. Even just a 7-track head would be a good start.

I brought an A4-size cutting plotter Silhouette Portrait with a bunch of vinyl to xHain assembly. however I forgot to pack a cutting mat for it :( if anyone has a spare we really could use one at xHain assembly!
I'd like to setup Windows NT 4.0 on my PowerBook G3 PDQ and need some blank CDs for that. Whichever creature has some to spare or whoever wants to join in this tinkering session is invited.
Technically, it's completely fine. The plastic flap no longer closes properly. That is the reason why Cricut remotely shut down the plotter and sent a new one. The functional technology is now useless because the plotter only works with the Cricut Cloud and app.
I don't have any accessories; I only received the plotter as a gift.
Looking for a Microcontroller like an Arduino. I am midifying an organ swell pedal. Just want to read out the values on two pins. Will give back device.
Seeking ZigBee Controller for my soon-to-be "smart home". I am not picky and I am willing to pay for it. Feel free to DECT me (7296) or DM me on mastodon (@saxnot@chaos.social).
I have a slightly broken split flap display that probably only needs a hammer and a small 3D-printed part that I am willing to donate to a cool project.
i got an EDN612i DSLAM at home. Now i want to configure it but even with the manual i got some problems. Any one that has already done that?

Does anyone have a spare computer mouse? Two buttons and a mouse wheel, nothing else matters. Thank you!
Can buy it from you or give it back at the end of the congress.
