I'm a BDY/EYU certified Yoga teacher and have been teaching yoga for 5+ years with a strong focus on keeping Yoga accessible to people for diverse backgrounds. I'm a member of Yoga Kritisch Denken. We want to decolonize yoga and create a space for the transformation of the yoga world towards inclusion, diversity, and an open culture of dialogue.
