    Looking for someone with a programming cable for Nokia DCT4 phones and general retro GSM flashing skills. I inherited some old GSM cell phones from family, but the SIM operator lock won't seem to go away (max. attempts for unlock code entry). I also have a Samsung c270 for which I don't know the operator unlock code. Maybe you know of a code generator?
