## Chaos all year round (DE)
Es wird auf dem 39C3 die Möglichkeit geben, eure kleinen (bis etwa 150 TN) und bisher vielleicht noch nicht so bekannten Chaos-Events auf der großen Bühne kurz vorzustellen und den nächsten Termin zu bewerben.
Und falls ihr gerade dabei seid, ein neues größeres Event auf die Beine zu stellen und noch Verstärkung für euer Team sucht, stellt euch ebenfalls gern vor!
### Zeitpunkt & Ort
**27.12.2025 (Tag 1) um 16 Uhr**

### Anmeldung
**Bitte tragt euer Event bis zum 25.12.2025 um 23.59 Uhr in die [Tabelle am Ende dieser Seite ein](#tabelletable).**
### Auswahlverfahren
Es gibt 12 Slots á 4,5 Minuten.
Allerdings sind die Timeslots begrenzt und werden nach dem Prinzip „Wer zuerst kommt, mahlt zuerst“ (Ausnahmen bestätigen die Regel) vergeben.
### Vorbereitung der Vorstellung auf dem 39C3
Für die Vorstellung des jeweiligen Events benötigen wir mindestens eine Folie, auf der Angaben zu Zeit und Ort des Events sowie zur entsprechenden Webseite gemacht werden. Bis zu zwei weitere Folien können nach Wunsch befüllt werden. Falls Bilder vom Event gezeigt werden sollen, kann je eine Folie in bis zu drei große Bilder getauscht werden.
(Um eine Titelfolie braucht ihr euch nicht zu kümmern, das übernehmen wir für euch.)
**Bitte schickt uns die Folien (Format 16:9) bis zum 25.12.2025 um 23.59 Uhr per e-mail an 39c3-content@cccv.de.**
Hinweis: Falls eure Folien nicht bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt bei uns eingegangen sind, behalten wir uns vor, euch von der Liste zu streichen.
**Wirklich allerletzte Frist für die Folien ist der 26.12.2025 um 18 Uhr (Hamburger Zeit).**
## Chaos all year round (EN)
At 39C3, you will have the opportunity to briefly present your small (up to about 150 participants) and perhaps not yet so well-known Chaos events on the big stage and promote the next date.
And if you are currently in the process of setting up a new, larger event and are still looking for reinforcements for your team, feel free to introduce yourself as well!

### Registration
**Please enter your event in the [table at the bottom of this page](#tabelletable) by December 25, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.**
### Selection process
There are 12 slots of 4.5 minutes each.
However, the time slots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (exceptions prove the rule).
### Preparing for the presentation at 39C3
For the presentation of each event, we require at least one slide with information about the time and location of the event and the corresponding website. Up to two additional slides can be filled as desired. If images from the event are to be shown, each slide can be replaced with up to three large images.
(You don't need to worry about a title slide; we'll take care of that for you.)
**Please send us the slides (16:9 format) by December 25, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. via email to 39c3-content@cccv.de.**
Note: If we have not received your slides by this time, we reserve the right to remove you from the list.
**The absolute deadline for submitting slides is 6 p.m. (Hamburg time) on 26 December 2025.**
