Power bank USB C for laptop suitable for charging with hiking solar cell
Seeks advice about a Power bank or power bank circuit board which
- can deliver USB C PD 20V >= 45 watts and
- charges fine with low power, e.g. 5V 200 mA
(use case: Small solar cell on backpack. Own electronics should not "eat" up the low power, and should be reliable on power surces that do not give much power and may also be intermittent.)
