The FIfF is an association of committed and critical experts from the fields of science and practice in information technology. We reflect on the consequences of our work, warn against harmful developments, and contribute our own constructive ideas. We advise politicians and the media, publish our own magazine, and organize conferences, lectures, and demonstrations. The FIfF is organized into regional groups and was founded in 1984.
