Digitalcourage – defending civil rights in the digital age since 1987

We are activists, nerds, artists, lawyers, and everyday rebels. We fight for privacy, digital self-determination, and against surveillance – with heart, wit, and persistence.

We organize the BigBrotherAwards, publish books and campaigns to raise awareness, challenge chat control, digital coercion, and data-greedy corporations, and help build the Fediverse as democratic infrastructure. And: We’re taking to the streets!
