BUNDjugend combines practical nature conservation, climate justice and environmental protection measures with a political agenda that incorporates socio-economic aspects and power issues. BUNDjugend pursues this agenda both as a player involved in political deliberation and as an active instigator for decision-makers. In short, we combine environmental protection and nature conservation with issues of social justice and represent our opinion through loud and colourful protests. This includes a wide range of protests and projects, exciting events and impressive demonstrations and actions.

As an independent youth association of BUND (Bund für Umwelt und Naturschutz Deutschland e.V.), we are active in all 16 federal states. We are part of the Young Friends of the Earth network and are thus connected with young people from all over the world. BUNDjugend is one of the largest youth environmental associations in Germany.
