The Full Moon Orchestra is a musician's collective who take their inspiration from free improvisation and provide material with a substantial danceable ingredient.
Playing a wide repertoire of songs from a history of funk, Afro, Latin, jazz and Reggae, including their own compositions. The band continually search for new arrangements and transformations, spontaneously bouncing ideas between players.
The Full Moon Orchestra have been playing regular monthly gigs around each full moon for over ten years. They present local and international guest artists at their concerts, with entrance free of charge.
