Team yellow is responsible for hygiene and hygiene instructions.

We are responsible for

• Hygiene counseling for OCs and assemblies
• Distribution of first-aid-gloves and disinfection for OCs
• hygiene instruction for people working with food (#frikadellendiplom)
• general hygiene counseling
• biological and chemical counseling in terms of hygiene

Others are better suited for

• Heaven (#1023)
  • get/ have things cleaned/ wiped
  • Have items refilled in the toilets/ hands washing areas (Heaven has contact to the in-house facilities responsible)
• CERT (#1818)
  • health issues

Belehrung nach §43 Infektionsschutzgesetz (IfSG; aka "Frikadellendiplom")

• These are instructions on hygienic aspects for people working with food.
• German laws regulating the work with food (in every aspect) require both
  • obtaining an official certificate by your local German Health Authority (Gesundheitsamt) and
  • submitting to an instruction session on food-related hygienic aspects.

Deutsch

• Es handelt sich um eine Belehrung zu hygienischen Aspekten für Personal, das in irgend einer Form an der Zubereitung, Ausgabe oder Entsorgung von Lebensmitteln beteiligt ist.
• Dazu ist eine Bescheinigung über eine Belehrung durch das Gesundheitsamt, sowie ggf. ein Gesundheitszeugnis erforderlich, welches maximal drei Monate vor der Veranstaltung erworben werden muss.
• Spätestens drei Monate nach Ausstellung dieses Zeugnisses muss eine Belehrung des Arbeitgebers (die CCCV mbh: das sind wir) nach § 43 IfSG (landläufig als "Frikadellendiplom" bezeichnet) erfolgen.
• Diese letztere Belehrung des Arbeitgebers muss nach spätestens 2 Jahren wiederholt werden.

Also: Solltet ihr bereits jetzt wissen, dass ihr bei einem anstehenden Event in der Küche arbeiten wollt, kümmert Euch bitte rechtzeitig vorher um entsprechende Unterlagen des für Euch zuständigen Gesundheitsamtes und bringt diese bitte zur Veranstaltung mit.
