<lynX> Hi, hope to be able to drop by. I wrote the legislation proposal for reform of the Italian collecting society that the Partito Pirata introduced into the Italian Parliament (without much consequence, unfortunately). I also wrote one about the GEMA, but it is stuck in the bureaucracy of the Piratenpartei. So I guess we should have a chat since we're on the same side of the fence.  :-)
