|Planning notes|| Well, in fact I have no idea how many python people there will be or what place would be better for us. A relatively quiet (but not dead corner) place would be nice.
The reason why I am submitting this is that I think that TOPICAL assemblies are more useful than these "geographically LOCAL hackerspace" assemblies where people sit together who sit together regularly over the year anyway.
So, 30+10 is an estimate based on the popularity of Python. Likely a lot of subgroups will assemble there, like Django, Flask, MoinMoin, Scientific Python, ... users.
