Experimental Incubator

Introduction

The ones who brew for a while already knows, for the ones who are eager to start please listen! This is something which you want to have at home (and open source of course). The reasons for joining and developing this project are simple, if you do not have too much experience with fermentation you want to make sure that you have some decent results at the beginning of your fermentation adventures which if you progress, as we wish give you and your friends and family so much pleasure! However half year or so of hard trying with no tasty results at all (or even diarrhea) break even the most determined soul and we do not want to see that because there is no reason for it! At the start no one is a master, therefore especially if you begin by yourself without adhering to any fermentation circle (which is bravery in a way), you should make sure that you can control at least one and the most important condition for most of the fermentation. And that champion is no other than temperature. Therefore this device which many developed by their own should be used, improved, shared and make as many happy as possible! Please note that fermenting the wild style as is the motto of Sandor Katz is a great way to go, but in general more experience is desired to get nice results.
