Program Microchip Microcontrollers with your Mac (and AMD/Intel boxes as well)
I've got some Microchip PICkit 2 microcontroller programmers (attached by USB). I can show you how to use them, you can even build your own small microcontrolled circuit complete with blinkenLEDs in red and blue, switches and a 7-segment led display. If you like you can buy the PICkit for 45 EUR and the circuit and parts for additional 5 EUR.
