This page is to collectively pick the most favorite neighbors from the list on the wiki-node. Their recent changes, merged with ours, are displayed on the recent near changes.

Usualy wikis are communities of one or two dozens of people working together. The honorable big encyclopedia is an exception in wikilandia. This is a concept of how to create relationships between somehow relating wikis with every community (wiki) in full control over its neighborhood. Maybe it doesn't apply too good to the C3's, but - hm - it applies enough to be presented here. The place I first came up with it a few days ago is wiki-Woodstock: favorite neighbors. thanks for taking a look on it.

The following should automatically copy over here from the wiki-node and should automatically rank by the number of signs. such code-voodoo doesn't exist yet. Maybe someone likes to hack it.
