Radical::tools (rdcl.tools) is an initiative supporting the development of functional tools through funding, mentorship and interdisciplinary collaboration. Launching in 2026, the initiative brings together visionary thinking, technical expertise, critical frameworks, and creative (mis)use of technology.

The initiative is developed in cooperation with Wau Holland Foundation, continuing the work of Herwart Holland-Moritz against totalitarian structures and for the unconditional support of human rights. The Foundation promotes global freedom of information and informational self-determination, supporting technical and legal measures that make knowledge accessible when it might otherwise be restricted.
