This workshop aims to help participants develop an understanding of what you need to create a safer space. We will talk about different forms of discrimination as well as boundaries and privilege. We will show you how Awareness concepts (Safer Spce policies) can provide strategies to handle and ideally prevent discriminatory behaviour.
