Everyone is different. To what degree should I communicate my needs and quirks in the workplace? How much is it my responsibility to accommodate my colleagues' needs?

A "README of me" is a document, which I provide to others at my workplace, that explains what you should know about me, to work well with me. Do you exchange such documents at your workplace? Do you think it would improve work for you and/or the team/company?

This open group discussion will allow us to dive deeper into such questions, and explore to what degree of detail it makes sense to discuss how you tick and how you would like to work at your workplace.
