p2panda (https://p2panda.org) is a peer-to-peer protocol and SDK for secure and privacy-respecting offline-first applications. It can be used in both fully distributed or federated networks and focuses on use-cases where peers can collaborate and exchange data, even when they're sometimes not connected to the internet.
