I sit in front of the laptop for at least 8 hours every day, and my posture is usually poor, resulting in constant neck pain that leads to headaches. Thanks to a physiotherapist, I've learned a couple of exercises that can help prevent and alleviate these issues. I'd like to share them with you. These exercises can be done both sitting and standing.
