Konzeptwerk Neue Ökonomie is a non-profit organization based in Leipzig that develops and disseminates concepts for transforming our economy. We are convinced that the economy should be geared towards enabling a good, equal life for all people within ecological limits. The current way of doing business falls far short of these goals: it is undemocratic and unstable. It creates wealth for the few, but exclusion and poverty for the many. To change this, we combine educational work, political movements, alternative economic practice and science and fight for a socio-ecological transformation.
