Haecksen
The Haecksen see themselves as a campfire (connection possibility) in the CCC environment, support each other and help each other to achieve the wildest goals. We want to increase accessibility to technology and the CCC. We are a space for exchange and networking for technicians and those interested in technology; we deal with geek topics as well as feminist and other political issues. The Haecksen stand for free development. One does not simply stop learning - what I want to know counts more than what I don't know.
The Haecksen were founded in 1988 by Rena Tangens and Barbara Thoens. Since summer 2021, the Haecksen have been FLINTA-inclusive (FLINTA: woman, lesbian, inter, non-binary, trans, agender).
Our assembly is open to everyone, it may occur that individual workshops and meetings are FLINTA-only or Haecksen-only.
