Kitchenshifts
We calculate with four (4) people for each Shift 1-4, and two to three (2-3) people for the pizza shift. It is not clear yet if the pizza will happen, it most probably will, mainly depending on weather. Please try to fit shifts 1-3 first, anyway. :-)
When doing the kitchen shift, you will be responsible for food prepping, side cooking (fryer), general kitchen maintenance, transporting dishes from and to the dishwasher, etc.
The main part of the cooking will be done by two cooks, but the organization of these shifts is not clear yet.
