We plan to have workshops on probiotic beverages on daily bases with tasting of final products included both during the workshops and also at the buffet.
There are more or less three phases/fields which we want to work on.
- theoretical overview of benefits of probiotic beverages and their consumption including the biochemistry, microbiology etc.
- working manuals for probiotic beverages preparations
- practical workshops on how to prepare probiotic beverages
