The ginger beer or more appropriately called ginger ale is a traditional non alcoholic probiotic drink of refreshing properties with light or stronger flavour of ginger, depends on the preference. My favourite recipe till now is based on life yoghurt culture fed by honey with addition of ginger at the beginning of the fermentation and lime or lemon juice added at the end of the brewing. Below is the link to the manual which we have developed with our group called 091 brew masters which is a sub group of 091 labs which is Galway based Irish hacker space. The drink is based on our elderflower cordial experiments and previous work on honey cooler done at Tastebridge which is subgroup of Noisebridge in cooperation with Berkeley based project called Three Stone Hearths Kitchen.

This drink will be toughed on the workshops through the ccc camp and the tasters will be available in our buffet at the Food Hacking Base which is located at Neighbor Camp.

Here is the link to the manual, pictures should be added soon.
