RIPE NCC is the Regional Internet Registry that distributes IP addresses in Europe (and surrounding regions).

RIPE is technical community that comes up with the rules (called "policies") for address distribution. What are the current rules? How can you take part in creating these rules? What can the history of the policy change teach us about the future?
