This will be, like every time, a totally uncoordinated project. At this time no special "Assurance Event" is planned, and everytime in the past when one was planned at a big CCC happening, it never came together. People are just too busy and after the first night at ${event} nobody keeps to the clock anymore :)
Assurance Procedure
The best thing for you, if you like to get additional points or even just your first assurance, would be to approach several people of the list below and ask them for their time. If you don't know the procedure, be sure to read the official Introduction into the Assurance Procedure first. To sum it up, you should bring along:
- the primary Email address of your (possibly freshly created) CAcert account, so that we can credit you your points
- two official and valid documents to identify yourself, at least one of them is required to have a photo, like ...
- ID-card (Personalausweis, Carte d'identité, Βιβλιάριο ταυτότητας)
- Passport (Reisepass, Passeport, Διαβατήριο)
- Driver's license (Führerschein, Permis de conduire, Άδεια οδηγήσεως)
- if you can manage, a CAP Form (see infobox) for the paperwork, as we may not have enough of them in stock
And for god's sake, please at least try to write legible ;)
Assurers @ 26C3
We don't have a dedicated booth or whatever, so the easiest way to locate the Assurers would be to go to their project locations and ask for CAcert. Also look out for stickers and banners.
