[edit] Intro
As usually the OpenBSD project will be presented by developers and users at the congress. You can find information, installation DVDs, damn cool shirts, stickers, posters, hardware and other stuff at our booth in the Hackcenter.
[edit] What is OpenBSD?
The OpenBSD project produces a FREE, multi-platform 4.4BSD-based UNIX-like operating system. Our efforts emphasize portability, standardization, correctness, proactive security and integrated cryptography. OpenBSD supports binary emulation of most programs from SVR4 (Solaris), FreeBSD, Linux, BSD/OS, SunOS and HP-UX.
Find more information on our website.
[edit] Openmoko Freerunner
Wim has a couple of Openmoko Freerunner GTA02 units to borrow for those hackers who want to try one for the event. Just check the Openmoko page
[edit] Location and Space
We are in the same spot down in the hackcenter, against the wall on the right when you walk in. We'll be demonstrating again weird hardware setups and Openmoko Freerunners.
