Mario Kart

There were plans to organize a Mario Kart tournament on the 25C3.
However, due to a lack of time to organize it and since there seems to be not that much interest in it, this project might be considered dead.

- we probably have:
- some N64 controllers in dubious condition
- we need:
- more controllers

- a location (will most likely be found during the congress)
- rules
- prizes, maybe?
