[edit] Method 1 (1 euro, fast(er))

1. Go down to the reception and buy a 1€ 60 minute hotspot ticket.
2. Login at the Hotspot-portal.
3. Fire up your favorite ssh client with ready setup dynamic forwarding.
4. Connect to your (home)server - keep connection open!
5. Logout at the Hotspot-portal.

You used about 1 minute of your contingent and can use the ssh tunnel as long as you want :)

[edit] Method 2 (free, slooooooow, more complex)

Setup a dns tunnel (e.g. nstx). Use it :P
