Introduction

In case of any network-emergency, network-outage or question, contact the NOC-Helpdesk! The helpdesk geeks have the tools and knowledge to help you with everything network-related, and they act as the one and only proxy to the NOC, so they are the first which know what is going on if there is any trouble.

Location

There are two helpdesks located in the BCC. One in a corner of the Hackcenter and another one on Level C next to the POC. You can drop by at any time of the day and have a chat with the helpdesk geeks (yes, in real life ;) ).
