Biography
Peter De Schrijver was one of the first Linux adopters and kernel hackers in Belgium. He earned a Master in informatics at the KU Leuven and started working for Alcatel on large public telephony switching systems as a design and test engineer. He moved on to Alcatel research where he worked on QoS in internet access networks. He co-authored RFC 3203 on DHCP reconfiguration. Today he is the CTO of Mind NV, a belgian company focussing on free software operating systems for embedded applications. In his spare time, peter likes to play with all kinds of toys with a CPU.
