Xbox Hardware Hacking

Andrew "bunnie" Huang is 28 years old and is currently living in San Diego, California in the USA. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (PhD '02, MEng/SB '97); his thesis was on massively parallel supercomputer architectures. He has been taking apart and building computers since he was about 8 years old (more taking apart than building :). He was involved in some of the earliest stages of hardware reverse engineering on the Xbox, and his experiences are summarized in his book, "Hacking the Xbox: An Introduction to Reverse Engineering". He is currently working on many projects, including the design of integrated CMOS/VLSI photonic circuits (in conjunction with Luxtera), Silicon nanowire memory research (in conjunction with Caltech), and some video game hardware projects (in conjunction with the Ministry of Mobile Affairs).
