Biography
W.M was engaged in social and political projects since the early seventies. He expierenced the neccessity of critical civilian engagement and all the difficulties of democratic discourse and governmental reaction.
He came into touch with Hactick and CCC in about 1991 and was 6 years member of the board of CCC e.V.
