Description
"Total control" is a new division in the CCC that will control the notion "control" in the public sphere in any aspect. In the face of an inefficient state control the methods of civil control have to be further developed and optimized. The conceptual basis as well as technical and organizational aspects will be presented, accompanied by a report from "Control Commission" Moscow.
