LibrePCB is a free/libre EDA software to develop printed circuit boards. It has been in development for around 5 years, the first stable release (v0.1.0) was released roughly a year ago.
If you miss the meetup, you can also just come by at the CCC-CH village and ask for Danilo or Raphi.
