Ever wanted to print durable, good looking T-shirts or other fabrics, but do not have access to silkscreening equipment? Individual shirts for your hackerspace, your political movement or your band? This is a short introduction to a new fabric printing technique involving a 3D printer for making printing plates and just a few Euros worth of supplies. No mess, no dangerous chemistry, no expensive tools (other than the 3D printer). I have prepared several designs to demonstrate the technique, and I brought several Designs and a box of T-shirts so that you can print your own CCCamp-shirt, Pesthörnchen, Datenknoten or Fairydust, right here at the CCCamp!
Suggested donation for printing shirts: 12€ if you take a shirt from the box, 6€ if your bring your own. No one turned back for lack of funds.
Printing a shirt takes about 5-10 minutes. If you are only interested in printing a shirt you can come at any time during the workshop, if you want to hear an introduction to the used technique you should come on time!
