Description	Handynetze sind staatlich kontrolliert und abschaltbar, Amateurfunk ist stets unverschlüsselt und darf im Normalfall keine Nutzdaten übertragen. Wir wollen basierend auf einem Verein repeater mit zugewiesenen exclusiven Frequenzen betreiben. Die Infrastruktur soll Stromnetzunabhängig sein und durch den Status "Betriebsfunk" sind es "unsere" Frequenzen. Sei ein Teil des Netzes!

Brings	We will bring a 40-50" screen or projector and some repeater/radios. We will only be a few people, so we plan on 1-2 m² table and 4 chairs to provide a space to contact us and get in touch with this young project. We will gladly share a larger table with a different group. Maybee it is smart, to be a bit away from Amateurfunker/ HAM operators D23 due to the similar thing, but different project.
Projects	Improve interface and VPN in between repeater stations. Finding new members for this non-commercial project. Coming up with a web page to bring up good informations.

Wir haben angefangen ein digitales Notfunknetz zu errichten, das per VPN auch zwischen den beteiligten Städten funktioniert.

Hintergünde sind: - Handynetze sind staatlich kontrolliert und abschaltbar, - Handynetze haben nur eine kurze Ersatzstromversorgung, - Amateurfunk ist stets unverschlüsselt und darf im Normalfall keine Nutzdaten übertragen.

Wir wollen basierend auf unserem Verein Repeater mit zugewiesenen exclusiven Frequenzen betreiben. Die Infrastruktur bauen wir Stromnetzunabhängig und je Stadtnetz arbeiten wir an Richtfunk-Links, um auch hier unabhängig zu sein.
