You can rent tents with wooden floor, chairs and tables from us. We rent the tents again from the company who we already know from the last camps. Chairs and tables will be the same we use for the Hackcenter and the lecture shelters.

We coordinate transport of the tents, chairs and tables. Buildup and dismantling will be done for you.

Tents

There are three width (A) available: 6, 8 and 10 meters. Each width is available in all depths (B) which are a multiples of three. Prices are calculated per square meter. Each square meter costs 20€ for 5 days. For example if you rent a 54m² tent this costs 1080€. For a village with 20 people that means about 11€ per person and day.

We will locate your tent together with you before July 15th. You can move in the afternoon of August 9th and have to move out August 15th.

Chairs and Tables

• 1,80 € per brown folding chair
• 15,00 € per table 1,6m x 0,8m

Procedure

Please send an email with tent size, number of chairs and tables and your billing address to camp2011-orga@cccv.de until June, 9th. We will send you an invoice which has to be paid until July, 10th. Otherwise we have to cancel your order.
