Are you curious about the world of IoT and want to learn how to poke at these devices? So was I! After a bit of tinkering, I managed to get root access on an old "Jensen" brand webcam, and now I'd like to share the journey with you.

This project is perfect for beginners and enthusiasts interested in learning the basics of hardware hacking, analyzing IoT devices, and exploring their inner workings. Together, we'll look at:

• Identifying key components on a circuit board
• Using UART debug connections to communicate with the device
• Exploring the operating system running on the webcam
• Running commands to understand and interact with the device

I’ll guide you through what I’ve discovered so far, and we can figure out the rest together in a collaborative ad-hoc workshop. You don’t need prior experience — just a willingness to learn and some curiosity.
