I have some hardware with me and a working software stack on my laptop. With a laptop, a 2m/70cm radio, and the right cable, you're ready to go. I might also be able to lend some equipment. For licensed amateur radio operators or as part of training radio operations only. I’m far from a professional but look forward to exchanging ideas.
