A coding/hacking session in Touchdesigner. Feel free to join the table with other peers, ask questions, and work on (related) projects. This is an extension of the workshop given on day 3, original text below:
"In this short lecture / workshop I will give a brief overview on Touchdesigner [30mins], where I explain the basics and will give a few examples, after which there is a free time to explore the program and work [together] on an idea. [another 30-60 mins depending on availability].
Via a local router that I will set up we will learn how to communicate data to each other via OSC and NDI, and how Touchdesigner can be used as a rapid prototyping tool in order to setup [creative] coding projects, as well as complete setups for [audio]visual and other interactive work.
You will need: a computer with either Microsoft Windows 10 / Windows 11 or Apple macOS 10.15 and up, and ideally Touchdesigner already installed on your computer from the Derivative website. The program is free.
If no other workshops are booked after, you are free to keep working on the table on your projects."
Apart from English, I also speak Dutch and a bit of German.
PS. You may have to hijack some chairs :-).
